We have a range of classes to suit all levels from beginner to advanced, no matter what your previous experience is we have something to suit everyone!
Our classes are ran in a 'group fitness' style, each level of class will have an assigned syllabus in which your instructor will guide you through. The classes will rotate syllabus' which means you will be learning something new every week.
Memberships make the experience easy and affordable!
Our instructors are experienced and come from a wide variety of fitness backgrounds, they can assist with private training and help you work towards your goals. If you would like to book a private class please send an enquiry through the contact us page.
