Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

1. You can book from our Schedule Page.

2. Alternatively, click on the link that will take you to our online booking system.

3. Follow the instructions there on how to enrol and pay for our classes

4. You will need to have credit in your account to book for our classes as all classes are now prepurchased.

Please do not just show up for a class as you will be turned away if the class is full.

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately there is no free parking available. There is off street parking in the surrounding streets where it costs $4 per hour until 10pm otherwise the Park Right building on Victoria Street or the Civic both have very affordable parking options.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable shorts and T-shirt/Singlet. No leggings or long pants please.

The shorter shorts are the better as you can grip better.

Please do not wear any moisturizer/hand cream on the day of pole lesson as you would not able to grip a pole.

Also please take off all the jewelries as these can damage the pole and  you while dancing.

What do I bring to class?

Please bring along a gym towel and something to stay hydrated during your class.

Please do not moisturise the day of your pole class as this makes gripping the pole difficult.

How do I know what level I am?

Our pole classes are designed so that each level has a set number of moves, spins and combos that need to be successfully demonstrated before moving to the next. On completion of each level, your instructor will advise you when you can move to the next and this will be updated on your MINDBODY account.

My bus was late and I was late for the class.

If you are later than 15 mins from the start of your class, you will not be able to join the class regardless of the reasons for the safety reason.   You will loose the class too. So be sure you can get to the studio on time.

I thought I paid online then I got notification that my payment didnt go thru

PLEASE NOTE that our online payment system is not 'real time' - so even though the initial transaction has gone through, and your class is ready to use, insufficient funds or a technical error with your card may mean that this payment does not complete.  If so you will be contacted to rectify, and our banking partner (Ezidebit) charges a failed payment fee. This penalty is charged by Ezidebit not us.

I got sick and I want to change my schedule

We have 24 hour cancellation policy. If you want to change your schedule 24 hours prior to the class, you will get charged for any reasons.  If this happens outside of 24 hour window, you will not get charged, and you can easily reschedule by simply early cancel and book in a class you wish.
