We have a range of classes to suit all levels from beginner to advanced, no matter what your previous experience is we have something to suit everyone!
Our classes are ran in a 'group fitness' style, each level of class will have an assigned syllabus in which your instructor will guide you through. The classes will rotate syllabus' which means you will be learning something new every week.
